The Director of Development is a key member of the American Civil War Museum’s senior leadership team, reports to the President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and works with the Museum’s senior leadership team and Board of Directors to advance the Museum’s strategic goals and objectives.

Serves as the first point of contact for museum visitors, offering a warm welcome and personalized assistance. Promotes exhibits, memberships, and local attractions while ensuring a positive and engaging guest experience. Handles front desk and gift shop transactions and supports special events and museum operations. A part-time position.
