Spiced Elderberry Maple Syrup

Elderberries are native to Highland County, and the folks at Back Creek Farms picked their own to make this spiced elderberry-infused maple syrup.  Cinnamon and organic ginger kick up the flavor – with all the antioxidants and other health benefits elderberries are known for. Try it on oatmeal, or mix it with plain yogurt for a healthful snack. Also a great addition to any fruit dessert.   (8-ounce bottle – made in Virginia)
